Other curiosities
Organoleptic characteristics: Its straw-yellow, slightly cloudy colour—characteristic of the type—cannot hide the fine and continuous perlage. The nose is subtle and elegant thanks to the notes of yeast and the intense freshness of citrus and sage. It is very dry on the palate with notes of grains and a bitter and persistent finish.
